Self Defense Program

The PTO and the Kingston Police Department are sponsoring a FREE self defense program for senior girls. The program will take place over a five day period and the first class begins on March 27th. Registration forms are available at The Kiosk. Enrollment will be processed on a first come, first served basis.

Student Government Day

The Social Studies Department is looking for two students (11th and 12th grade) to represent the school at the annual Student Government Day. This is an informative program about state government that involves students participating in the role of elected or appointed officials to observe the processes of government. It will take place on Friday, April 7, 2017 at the State House from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm. For more information click here. For a copy of the application, click here.

Spread the Word to end the Word

Each year, in conjunction with Best Buddies and the GSA, Silver Lake Regional High School students and staff pledge to end the use of the "r-word." Check out this PSA for more info!

Social Hosting Presentations

We look forward to welcoming back Kathi Meyer Sullivan and "Taylor's Message" on Monday, March 13, 2017 at 7PM in the auditorium. She speaks to parents as a mother who lost her daughter to underage drinking and poor choices. Presentation “take aways” include: alcohol awareness, underage and binge drinking, choices & consequences, parenting and social host liability.
